Fitness and healthy living have always been paramount in Marco’s life. His introduction to the fitness industry began in Toronto where fitness training became another passion to add to a list that includes hockey, cycling, martial arts, baseball, and a general love of the outdoors. Marco is a complete trainer who loves to see people succeed. He enjoys co-creating strategies and action plans that helps clients to achieve their fitness goals and work at their very best.

Marco has an honors degree in Physiology from the University of Western Ontario. He is a certified personal trainer, certified cycling instructor, holds a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, and is also a trained life coach. He has a strong background in core stability and functional training and has worked with beginner to advanced clients. His personal experience and training provides clients with dynamic, effective programs that are designed to take them to new fitness levels.

Marco's motto is that fitness training should be FUN, FOCUSED, SAFE & EFFECTIVE. He believes in creating programs that are innovative, enjoyable and built on a solid foundation of strong physical and fitness principles. Although he is an accomplished Fitness Trainer, his best asset is his work as a Lifestyle Coach. Simply put, he works with you to design programs and goals that have an impact on your life for a lifetime!
