Special Packages:

Full Fitness Assessment: 1.5 hour comprehensive fitness appraisal that includes submaximal cardiovascular assessment, body composition, and strength and flexibility. Results and recommendations will be provided at time of assessment. $75 (M) $90 (NM)

Body Composition: This price includes two body composition assessments, three months apart. Assessment uses seven skinfolds, five girth measurements, height and weight to calculate percent body fat and provide information about general body composition. $60 (M) $75 (NM)

Program Design: If you know how to get around the gym but you'd like some new ideas, ask your favorite trainer to write up a new program for you. $60 (M) $75 (NM)

in 6 - Group Personal Training

in 6 is a series developed to teach you how to get the most out of resistance training.  The full program will take you through a true periodization program (fancy for lot's of changes in your program) & will teach you the essentials of resistance training.  You can do one 6-week program (6 weeks) or only do all three 6-week programs (18 weeks).  Why it’s right for you! Small groups of 4 – 6 people, $52 (87%) CHEAPER than 1 on 1 training, 2 Sessions a week for 6 weeks,& you’ll have the guidance of a Personal Trainer with expertise, experience and education
