We have your back covered...Better Backs with Yoga
This class is designed for you to experience the practical benefits of Hatha Yoga while paying particular attention to protecting the whole back, including the neck and shoulders. Extreme care will be given to strengthening and stretching the abdominal wall while increasing comfort and range of motion. This "Better Backs" class is not limited to individuals with back, neck or shoulder injuries, however, those of you in pain will experience relief. Breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation will be included to assist the body/mind in its ability to focus.

The GRAVITY System targets a multitude of health & fitness goals, from muscular hypertrophy, toning & weight loss to joint and muscular rehabilitation and improvement of athletic performance. GRAVITY imposes demands on your body by using a variable pulley system. It’s the best workout you’ll ever do!

Mondays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays 6:30 – 7:30 am
